La Caixa and ACS study a formula for input to the fund CVC Abertis.
Barcelona, July 5 .- La Caixa and ACS are in talks with private equity fund CVC and study a formula for entry into the capital of Abertis of this fund, have confirmed to sources close to the operation.
The Commission Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) has suspended trading in Abertis to 1402 hours today waiting for a, tera gold, relevant fact.
The same sources have indicated that it is premature to tell if this operation is closed, although the shareholding company of La Caixa, Criteria, remain the major shareholder of Abertis.
